Little known ways to make your real estate business more passive
Being a landlord is hard. The phone calls. The bill paying. The vendors. The paperwork to file.
What if you didn't have to do it any more? What if you could collect rent, make simple executive decisions, and skip the busy work without a property manager?
This is exactly what I did. I'm not a -super- organized person. I like the high-level stuff, not the nitty-gritty.
The busy work was getting tiring, so I went on a journey to solve it.
What did I find? A virtual assistant.
WTF is a virtual assistant?
That was my first reaction. Is this like an AI or something? No.
It's just an assistant that's remote from you. Simple.
They handle admin tasks, organization, and all the things I don't like.
But they are expensive right?
Yes and no. Like any hire it depends on the skills and the location.
My first hire was through Upwork and U.S. based. She was pretty good, but expensive.
Now I'm using someone in the Philippines. My first reaction was exactly like what you just thought...
"Ugh overseas"...“They won't write well. They won't speak clearly. They won't be around when I need them.”
I was wrong.
Let me start by saying the person I work with in the Philippines is 72% cheaper per hour than my U.S. based assistant. I'd estimate they were about 250% more capable.
I've never had a single language issue. And they work HARD.
Should you do it?
Hiring someone for your business is scary. But it's the only way you'll grow.
Give it a try and I doubt you'll regret it.

Or you can use Comfortly and use the same virtual assistants I use.
