Share referrals and explain the guest loyalty experience
Each active member has a referral code and a booking link. Guests can also see loyalty information in direct checkout and secure booking management.
Share a referral link
- Open the member's guest profile.
- Find the Loyalty card.
- Confirm the member is active.
- Select Open booking link.
- Copy the full booking address from the browser and share it with the member.
A referral code is not a promo code. The full referral link carries the code into the booking form; do not tell guests to enter it in the promotional discount field. Guests can also find their own referral code and link in their secure booking-management wallet. Share the referral link, never their private reservation-management link.
A referral bonus is not awarded when the link is opened. The referred guest must join the program and complete their first eligible booking. The stay must be checked out, the scheduled checkout date must have arrived, and the booking must be fully paid. The program must be active. Existing members and self-referrals do not qualify. The program settings determine each person's bonus; a zero bonus awards no points to that person.
During direct checkout
When checkout matches an active member, the guest can see available points and configured rewards. They can apply or remove an eligible reward before confirming the booking.
A new guest can choose to join during checkout. The page explains the signup bonus and any first-booking bonus before they confirm.
After booking
A guest with valid secure booking access can see:
- Their member number
- Available and pending points
- Recent point activity
- Their referral code and booking link
- The property's loyalty terms
Do not send a staff-only guest profile or booking URL to a guest. Use the secure guest booking-management link already provided for their reservation.
