Configure loyalty settings
Set earning rates, bonuses, expiration, and terms for the property's loyalty program.
Configure the loyalty program
This task is for authorized managers. You need Manage Products & Pricing to open Settings → Loyalty.
Configure earning
- Direct booking earn rate: Points per currency unit on eligible guest-created direct bookings.
- Staff booking earn rate: Points per currency unit on eligible staff-entered bookings.
- Award points on staff bookings: Turn this off when only direct guest bookings should earn.
For example, a rate of 2 awards 200 points on $100 of eligible value.
Configure bonuses
Set signup, first-booking, referrer, and referred-guest bonuses. Enter 0 to turn off a bonus. First-booking and referral bonuses remain subject to their qualification rules.
Review program rules
Set how many months available points remain valid. Review the discount-stacking choice and the terms shown to guests. Keep the statement that points have no cash value, then add the property's approved rules.
The staff booking screen still blocks loyalty redemption when another discount is present. Contact Comfortly support before advertising a stacking promotion.
Enable and save
- Review every value with the property's approved policy.
- Turn on Enable loyalty program.
- Select Save.
- Confirm the success message.
Rewards and pausing
The Loyalty settings screen does not create or edit reward options. Contact Comfortly support to add, change, or retire rewards.
Contact support before turning off an active program. Disabling it stops earning and redemption. A later lifecycle update can reverse pending booking points, while member and point history remains recorded.
